Candid Rogers


Candid Rogers was born in San Antonio, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees from The University of Texas at Austin. He has work with studios in Barcelona Spain and Lake Flato Architects in Texas. Currently, Candid maintains an architectural design practice in San Antonio where he has received AIA design awards on the local, state and national levels. He is licensed in the state of Texas. His work has been published widely in various publications, such as Texas Architect, Innovative Home, Spaces and Residential Architect. In addition to maintaining his private practice Candid teaches Architecture Design Studio and conducts the Spain Study Abroad Program at the University of Texas at San Antonio College of Engineering and Integrated Design.

Research interests include contemporary vernacular design, site design and theory.
