Lean Healthcare

Course Description: Lean Thinking is not just for manufacturing. A great deal of waste is hidden in the healthcare industry. This waste impacts both the cost and the quality of healthcare and can lead to mistakes that can threaten a patient’s well-being. Applying lean initiatives to healthcare can thus make a tremendous improvement. Learn from the successful cases of various healthcare departments and organizations (e.g., hospitals, emergency rooms, doctor’s offices, pharmacies, laboratories, etc.) and establish a safer, more efficient healthcare environment.

Who should attend the course: Hospital executives, hospital managers, directors, doctors, nurses, and all administrative and supporting staff.
