The Summer Career Academy at UTSA offers an in-depth, hands-on introduction to architecture and interior design. Led by faculty from the School of Architecture + Planning, this program gives students a glimpse into the creative and professional practices of these fields while simulating experiences typically found in first-year design school courses.
Through interactive exercises, discussions, lectures, films, and field trips, students will gain insight into how designers think and work, helping them determine if this career path is right for them.
