Klesse College Research and Testing Facilities
The Klesse College is home to many industry-leading and cutting edge technologies and facilities. Students and faculty regularly utilize these resources throughout classwork and research activities. Research and testing facilities include but are not limited to:
- Applied Engineering and Technology Building (AET)
- Biotechnology Science and Engineering Building (BSE)
- Engineering Building (EB)
- Large-Scale Testing Laboratory (LSTL)
- Science and Engineering Building (SEB)
The Makerspace
Located in the Science and Engineeering Building (SEB) on UTSA's Main Campus, the Makerspace is one of the Klesse College's primary resources for research, discover and ingenuity. THe 17,000 sqft Makerspace was opened in fall 2020 and hosts open, collaborative spaces, a machine shop, 3D printers, meetings spaces and more.
