FAQ

Because we are spending our remaining summer days getting ready for students and faculty, the building will not be open to students until the first day of class (Aug. 25). But if you want to practice your route or plan your parking, you can always route yourself to the outside of the building. All classes will be separated onto 5 different floors within the building and they will be easy to find once you are in the building. No worries, though, we will have extra staff on-site to help during the first week of school, so just reach out to any UTSA staff member in the lobby or in the parking area if you have any questions.

No, only one UTSA ID is issued to each student. During orientation, you will get your UTSA ID. When you visit One Riverwalk Place, Card Services will be on-hand in the ORP Lobby to exchange your existing ID for a new proximity-enabled card with swipe access.

  • Where to get it: ORP Lobby
  • When: August 25 – September 5 (Mon–Fri), 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Bring: Your current UTSA ID. It will be exchanged for free.
