Funding Opportunities for Graduate Students

Important note regarding tuition and fees—International graduate students admitted to UTSA’s graduate ECE program (Master’s or Ph.D.) may qualify for in-state tuition, which costs significantly lower than the out-of-state tuition and fees. Click on this link to check the tuition and fees for in-state and out-of-state graduate students: https://onestop.utsa.edu/financialaid/cost-of-attendance/. To qualify for in-state tuition and fees, graduate students must have one of the following:

  • GTA appointment
  • GRA appointment (20 hours/week)
  • Competitive scholarship

Click on the links for the three funding sources (GTA, GRA, Scholarships) to learn more about these opportunities.
