Education

We provide in-person training sessions at your institution for groups of up to 20 participants. Each participant will be supplied with a folder containing all the necessary course materials. At the end of the course, participants will be granted CAMLS "Course Completion Certificates" and they will also have the opportunity to apply for UTSA Continuing Education Units (CEUs) certificates, if they wish.

Lean Manufacturing Basics and Applications (7 hours)

Lean Manufacturing Tools and Value Stream Mapping (7 hours)

Lean Costing (7 hours)

Lean Product and Process Development ( 7 or 14 hours)
